Join Our Mission:

As a UK Technical Sales Manager, you will be in charge of implementing the sales strategy, cultivating sales opportunities, and finalizing deals. To achieve your goals, you will conduct a complete market analysis to define the appropriate sales strategy, regularly visit clients and prospects, and attend trade shows relevant to our business.
Occasional trips to the headquarters in the south of France are expected to attend Sales Meetings (twice a year) and to accompany your clients to the test center.

Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager in UK, you will join a multicultural team (5 people) responsible for developing business activity in Northern Europe. To assist you in the successful completion of your mission, you can rely on the team spirit of your peers, as well as the support and commitment of your colleagues based at headquarters (Applications, test center, sales administration, etc.).

Excellent communication skills in english for customer interaction and internal coordination (engineering, customer service, back-office, test center, etc.)&lt;br /&gt;

Join Our Mission:
As a Field service Engineer, you will contribute to the circular economy and support our Italian clients in adopting sustainable practices. Collaborating with a team (10 people located in Italy), you will play a key role in installations, commissioning, and maintenance of our machinery.
This is a home-office-based position with a significant travel requirement (around 80%) to visit our customers.
Ideal location: North-East Italy (Bologna, Modena, Bergamo, or Venezia)

Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation supérieure bac+5  Université ou Ecole de commerce avec une spécialisation en gestion des ressources humaines ou équivalent
Vous avez une expérience confirmée dans la gestion de process de recrutement (sourcing, conduite d'entretiens, intégration candidats) et une connaissance approfondie des méthodes de recrutement
Vous êtes capable de gérer plusieurs recrutements en parallèle tout en menant simultanément des projets très opérationnels à court terme et des projets structurants de moyen et long terme.
Communication écrite et orale : Français courant et Anglais équivalent B2 à minima
Vous êtes organisé(e), force de proposition, autonome et savez adapter votre communication en fonction de vos interlocuteurs
