Technicien de Maintenance Industrielle à distance F/H
Poste basé à Pertuis (84) – 15mn d’Aix-en-Provence

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Hotline, vous intégrez une équipe de 4 personnes assurant le support à distance de nos clients et de nos techniciens terrain au niveau national &amp; international (24/7). 
Vous aurez pour missions :
Assurer l’assistance Technique à distance auprès de nos clients industriels et de notre équipe technique terrain
Assurer le support technique destinée à l'équipe ADV.
Préparer les pièces de rechanges (PDR) pour envoi sur sites clients.
Participer ponctuellement aux interventions sur sites.
Superviser à distance un parc machine sur un territoire dédié 
Le poste s'organise sur un planning de 4 semaines :
2 semaines en journée (8h-17h)
1 semaine le matin (6h-14h)
1 semaine l'après-midi (13h-21h).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Vous êtes titulaire d'une formation supérieure en Électrotechnique, automatisme, ou en maintenance d'équipements industriels, et vous justifiez idéalement d’une première expérience dans un environnement industriel.
Une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais (B2) serait appréciée pour communiquer à l’international.

Rattaché(e) au Directeur Commercial &amp; Marketing, vous pilotez le pôle Stratégie &amp; Analytique et accompagnez la Direction dans la définition des orientations stratégiques de l’entreprise. À l’interface entre les équipes commerciales, marketing, finance et les différentes directions de l’entreprise, vous apportez les analyses et les méthodes nécessaires à la prise de décision et au pilotage des projets de transformation.

Missions principales :
Manager et développer le pôle Stratégie &amp; Analytique en favorisant la collaboration, le développement des compétences et une culture de la performance.

Sous la supervision du Responsable Applications et Validation, vous contribuez au développement, à la qualification et au déploiement de nouvelles technologies de tri.
Véritable interface entre la R&amp;D, les équipes techniques et les clients, vous participez à l'amélioration continue de nos solutions et à leur mise en œuvre sur le terrain.

Missions principales :
Concevoir, organiser et réaliser les essais applicatifs sur nos solutions innovantes et standards afin d'évaluer et d'optimiser leurs performances.
Développer les bases d'apprentissage, affiner les modèles, calibrer les machines de tri et analyser les performances obtenues.
Déployer les nouvelles technologies sur sites clients, réaliser les réglages, assurer la mise en service et le suivi des performances.
Rédiger les protocoles d'essais, comptes rendus et documentations techniques afin de capitaliser les retours d'expérience.
Participer à la consolidation des référentiels applicatifs, partager les bonnes pratiques et former les équipes internes aux nouvelles solutions.
Être force de proposition en faisant remonter les besoins terrain afin d'orienter les développements applicatifs et techniques en collaboration avec les équipes R&amp;D et les différents services de l'entreprise.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Formation Bac+5 (école d'ingénieur ou Master) avec une spécialisation en Chimiométrie, matériaux, mesures physiques, pilotage de machines industrielles ou domaine équivalent.
Une formation ou des connaissances en robotique, vision industrielle ou automatisme seraient un plus.
Bonne compréhension des procédés industriels et des processus de tri.
Capacité à concevoir et conduire des plans d'expériences, analyser les résultats et définir des actions correctives.
Aptitude à réaliser des diagnostics techniques, 
Rigueur rédactionnelle pour formaliser les protocoles d'essais et capitaliser les retours d'expérience.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer with a background in Industrial Engineering to join our dynamic team, based near Sydney, Australia .
Reporting to the Customer Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installations, commissioning and start-up of the machines and their maintenance. You will perform with intensive travel in Australia and New-Zealand according to the company plan.

The main tasks of this role are:  
Conduct adjustments and tests to ensure optimal performance of industrial automation equipment according to specifications.
Coordinate, organize and participate in the machine assembly on site
Prepare detailed reports on installation solutions to facilitate ongoing works and after-sales services.
Diagnose and repair equipment failures, efficiently order and replace parts when necessary : it can be done remotely or on site 
Test and verify equipment operation after installation to ensure proper configuration.
Create comprehensive technical installation reports to document all completed work.
Provide valuable records and support to the After-Sales Service team.
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Technical competencies: 
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in commissioning, troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of industrial equipment
Electromechanical or industrial machines background. 
You have a good knowledge of industrial process and can give guidance to our clients. 
You are used to do some reporting and synthesis. 
Proficiency in Automation, software and network will be highly valued.

Connaitre et comprendre les notions contractuelles et en garantir leur bonne application
Analyser les contrats et savoir identifier les potentiels écarts par rapport aux standards de l’entreprise
Saisir les commandes dans l’ERP, facturer et suivre les paiements
Mettre en place le cas échéant les garanties bancaires liées au contrat
 
Garantir le reporting auprès de la direction commerciale, contribuer à la communication et à la satisfaction client :
Assurer le reporting des différents dossiers suivis dans Salesforce 
Respecter les délais de réponses clients
Contribuer à l’organisation des visites clients (tests)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Vous êtes issu(e) d’une formation Commerce International et bénéficiez au minimum de 2 ans d’expériences en tant qu’assistant commerciale/ADV/Export dans un environnement international.
Vous avez une bonne connaissance du Pack Office (Excel, Word, PPT) et vous êtes habitué(e) à utiliser un ERP (Sage X3) et un CRM (Salesforce).
Vous êtes organisé(e), autonome et rigoureux(se) et vous avez le sens des priorités.
Vous avez le sens du relationnel client
Vous parlez Anglais et Français couramment et maitrisez une troisième langue : Espagnol, Italien, Portugais ou Polonais&lt;br /&gt;

Garantir la complétude des dossiers techniques pour chaque affaire et les transmettre au SAV pour assurer le suivi du parc machines et clients.

Garantir la satisfaction client :
Assurer une coordination individuelle et personnalisée par client
Répondre aux demandes des clients et leurs besoins lors des phases du projet

Le poste est basé à Pertuis à coté d'Aix-en-Provence et prévoit des déplacements en France et en Europe à hauteur de 50% du temps.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Vous êtes diplômé d’un Bac+5, école d’ingénieur généraliste, mécanique ou équivalent. Doté d’au moins 3 ans d’expérience technique et activité terrain dans le secteur de l’industrie, vous maitrisez l’offre produit.
Vous avez le sens du service client externe comme interne. Vous aimez travailler en équipe et coordonner les missions avec vos interlocuteurs. Vous êtes autonome et force de proposition. Vous savez utiliser les outils CAO 2D et 3D pour lire des plans techniques.
Vous êtes ouvert avec les déplacements professionnels en France et en Europe (ponctuellement hors Europe) et flexibles sur les urgences (délais de prévenance entre 1 semaine et 1 mois).

 Anglais et Français courant.
La maitrise d'une troisième langue est clé pour ce poste : Espagnol en priorité, sinon Allemand.

Join Our Mission:
As a Field Service Engineer, you will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the circular economy while assisting our valued customers in the UK and Ireland in the implementation of sustainable practices. By collaborating effectively with a dedicated team, you will assume a critical role in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of our state-of-the-art optical sorting equipment. Please note that this position entails frequent travel away from home.
Ideal location : Wales area, Oxford, Reading, Cambridge

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 
Technical competencies:
Mechanical, electrotechnical, or industrial machinery background with a minimum of 2 years of experience in commissioning and maintenance.
Experience in a field engineer role with travel and a strong customer relations focus will be appreciated.
Ability to understand electrical schematics and pneumatic systems.
Computer literate.
Excellent reporting and synthesis skills,
Fluent in English for seamless communication with our clients.
