Join Our Mission:
As a Field service Engineer, you will contribute to the circular economy and support our Italian clients in adopting sustainable practices. Collaborating with a team (10 people located in Italy), you will play a key role in installations, commissioning, and maintenance of our machinery.
This is a home-office-based position with a significant travel requirement (around 80%) to visit our customers.
Ideal location: North-East Italy (Bologna, Modena, Bergamo, or Venezia)

Le poste est basé en Home-office, et vous êtes idéalement situé dans le Grand Est aux alentours de Metz, Nancy ou Reims, pour desservir plus facilement les sites clients de la zone Nord Est (1/4 du pays).

Sous la supervision du Directeur Scientifique et au sein d'un service de 8 personnes, vous organisez et réalisez les travaux de développement, vous participez à leur transfert vers l’industrialisation, assurez la veille et animez les partenaires stratégiques.

Missions principales:
Superviser les chefs de projets R&amp;D et le bon déroulement des plans de financement associés. 
Réaliser, synthétiser et partager la veille scientifique et technique sur les sujets d’intérêt pour l’entreprise.
Identifier et participer aux conférences scientifiques et salons industriels en lien avec nos sujets de R&amp;D.
Élaborer et piloter la roadmap R&amp;D technologique en cohérence avec la stratégie de l’entreprise et en lien avec les directions scientifique et technique. 
Initier et encadrer le développement de solutions innovantes et brevetables. 
Coordonner et prioriser les projets R&amp;D, en assurant leur bon déroulement jusqu’au transfert vers l’industrialisation (respect des coûts, délais et qualité). 
Évaluer la maturité et la transférabilité industrielle des résultats de développement. 
Réaliser des travaux de développement pour garantir leur application industrielle.

Profil recherché:
Diplôme d’ingénieur et/ou Formation Bac+5 complété idéalement d’un doctorat

Excellente capacité de compréhension et de synthèse des travaux de recherche pour piloter leur transfert

Vous avez une grande curiosité scientifique, êtes autonome et proactif.
