Sous la supervision du Directeur Scientifique et au sein d'un service de 8 personnes, vous organisez et réalisez les travaux de développement, vous participez à leur transfert vers l’industrialisation, assurez la veille et animez les partenaires stratégiques. Missions principales: Superviser les chefs de projets R&D et le bon déroulement des plans de financement associés. Réaliser, synthétiser et partager la veille scientifique et technique sur les sujets d’intérêt pour l’entreprise. Identifier et participer aux conférences scientifiques et salons industriels en lien avec nos sujets de R&D. Élaborer et piloter la roadmap R&D technologique en cohérence avec la stratégie de l’entreprise et en lien avec les directions scientifique et technique. Initier et encadrer le développement de solutions innovantes et brevetables.
