Join Our Mission: As an International Field service Engineer, you will contribute to the circular economy and support our International clients in adopting sustainable practices. Collaborating with a team, you will play a key role in installations, commissioning, and maintenance of our machinery. It is a traveling position, requiring travel from Monday to Friday. This role is to cover Southern european countries hence fluency in English is a must. Another language like Spanish or Italian can be an asset as well. Location can be flexible but close to the Southern European countries. Au sein du service ingénierie, vous aurez pour mission de gérer les affaires confiées de la réception du contrat à la phase de réception finale des équipements sur les sites clients. Gestion des affaires : Pilotage des projets de travaux neufs de la signature du contrat à la réception définitive du site. Coordination des services internes et externes (pilotage, planning, interventions, sous-traitance) Animation des points réguliers avec le client Suivi et contrôle du déroulement de l’installation, du respect du planning et du budget chez les clients France et Europe Reporting des affaires suivants les différents indicateurs Capitaliser les informations des affaires Assurer le " reporting " final du travail auprès de l’ensemble des services concernés (RETEX) Garantir la complétude des dossiers techniques pour chaque affaire et les transmettre au SAV pour assurer le suivi du parc machines et clients. Garantir la satisfaction client : Assurer une coordination individuelle et personnalisée par client Répondre aux demandes des clients et leurs besoins lors des phases du projet Le poste est basé à Pertuis à coté d'Aix-en-Provence et prévoit des déplacements en France et en Europe à hauteur de 50% du temps.

Vous êtes diplômé d’un Bac+5, école d’ingénieur généraliste, mécanique ou équivalent. Doté d’au moins 3 ans d’expérience technique et activité terrain dans le secteur de l’industrie, vous maitrisez l’offre produit. Vous avez le sens du service client externe comme interne. Vous aimez travailler en équipe et coordonner les missions avec vos interlocuteurs. Vous êtes autonome et force de proposition. Vous savez utiliser les outils CAO 2D et 3D pour lire des plans techniques. Vous êtes ouvert avec les déplacements professionnels en France et en Europe (ponctuellement hors Europe) et flexibles sur les urgences (délais de prévenance entre 1 semaine et 1 mois). Anglais et Français courant. La maitrise d'une troisième langue est clé pour ce poste : Espagnol en priorité, sinon Allemand. Permis B indispensable
