The company is pioneer in automatic waste sorting systems (via NIR sensors, AI etc..), developing, manufacturing and marketing worldwide machines for the inspection and sorting for all types of materials: packaging, plastics, paper, cardboard, electronic waste, industrial and automobile waste and organic waste.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer with a background in Industrial Engineering to join our dynamic team, based near Sydney, Australia .
Reporting to the Customer Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installations, commissioning and start-up of the machines and their maintenance. You will perform with intensive travel in Australia and New-Zealand according to the company plan.

The main tasks of this role are:  
Conduct adjustments and tests to ensure optimal performance of industrial automation equipment according to specifications.
Coordinate, organize and participate in the machine assembly on site
Prepare detailed reports on installation solutions to facilitate ongoing works and after-sales services.
Diagnose and repair equipment failures, efficiently order and replace parts when necessary : it can be done remotely or on site 
Test and verify equipment operation after installation to ensure proper configuration.
Create comprehensive technical installation reports to document all completed work.
Provide valuable records and support to the After-Sales Service team.

Technical competencies: 
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in commissioning, troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of industrial equipment
Electromechanical or industrial machines background. 
You have a good knowledge of industrial process and can give guidance to our clients. 
You are used to do some reporting and synthesis. 
Proficiency in Automation, software and network will be highly valued.
Behavioral Competencies:
Excellent communication skills in English 
Ability to persist in the face of challenges to meet deadlines.
Team mindset
Adaptability &amp; ability to analyze/problem solving. 
Ability to work autonomously 

 
Education requirements: 
Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field (The required education may be substituted by extensive professional experience involving similar work responsibilities and/or additional training certificates in relevant domains.)
 
Salary: between 85,000 – 95,000 AUD per year

Technicien de Maintenance Industrielle à distance F/H
Poste basé à Pertuis (84) – 15mn d’Aix-en-Provence

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Hotline, vous intégrez une équipe de 4 personnes assurant le support à distance de nos clients et de nos techniciens terrain au niveau national &amp; international (24/7). 
Vous aurez pour missions :
Assurer l’assistance Technique à distance auprès de nos clients industriels et de notre équipe technique terrain
Assurer le support technique destinée à l'équipe ADV.
Préparer les pièces de rechanges (PDR) pour envoi sur sites clients.
Participer ponctuellement aux interventions sur sites.
Superviser à distance un parc machine sur un territoire dédié 
Le poste s'organise sur un planning de 4 semaines :
2 semaines en journée (8h-17h)
1 semaine le matin (6h-14h)
1 semaine l'après-midi (13h-21h).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Vous êtes titulaire d'une formation supérieure en Électrotechnique, automatisme, ou en maintenance d'équipements industriels, et vous justifiez idéalement d’une première expérience dans un environnement industriel.
Une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais (B2) serait appréciée pour communiquer à l’international.

Compétences clés :
Aptitude à analyser et résoudre des problèmes.
Excellentes compétences relationnelles et de communication (écrites et orales), aussi bien en interne qu'avec les clients.
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
Aisance avec les outils informatiques (CRM / ERP / Suite Microsoft)
