Join Our Mission:

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our Spanish Service team.

Working alongside approximately 10 colleagues across Spain and Portugal, you will support our customers with the installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of Pellenc ST equipment.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working independently and travelling regularly.

The position is home-office based, with approximately 80% travel to customer sites, primarily across Spain and Portugal.

Ideal location: South-East Spain ( Valencia, Albacete, Murcia, Granada, Malaga, Sevilla, Cordoba...)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Installing and commissioning Pellenc ST equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical and electromechanical faults.
• Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Reading and interpreting electrical schematics.
• Working with pneumatic systems and industrial machinery.
• Supporting customers to keep their equipment operating safely and reliably.
• Providing technical advice and guidance to customers.
• Completing clear and accurate service reports.
• Working closely with colleagues in Spain and technical teams at our headquarters in France.
• Participating in technical and product training in France and on customer sites.

We are looking for someone with a strong technical background who enjoys working directly with customers and solving problems in the field.

Technical competencies:

• A mechanical, electrical, electromechanical or industrial machinery background.
• At least 2 years of experience within field service, industrial maintenance, installation or commissioning.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving technical faults.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
• Good understanding of pneumatic systems.
• Good computer skills.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a wider team.
• Strong reporting and communication skills.
• A working level of English, sufficient to communicate with colleagues and participate in technical training at our headquarters in France.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly.
• Previous experience within waste sorting or recycling is not essential, as full product and technical training will be provided.
