Attached to the Sales & Marketing director, your main tasks are :
- Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with market trends and effectively position optical sorting solutions against competition.
- Collaborate with the product development team to identify and prioritize product enhancements and new product features that meet the evolving needs of customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry influencers, such as plastic recycling management associations and environmental organizations, to promote the adoption of optical sorting solutions.
Profil
- Knowledge of the plastic recycling market and/or optical sorting solutions.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and establish customer relationships.
- Product development and portfolio management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent understanding of competition and market trends.
- Analytical skills to track and interpret market data.Communication, and negotiation skills In-depth.
