Join Our Mission:
As a Customer Service Engineer, you will be responsible for managing your team (2 people). Reporting to the Service Manager for Northern Europe, you will contribute to the circular economy by coordinating customer relationships and supporting our clients in the Benelux and German-speaking countries. With your team, you will play a key role in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of our machinery.

The position is based in home-office and involves a significant amount of travel (minimum 80% of the time).

Technical competencies:
• Mechanical, electrotechnical, or industrial machinery background with a minimum of 5 years of experience in commissioning and maintenance.
• Ability to understand electrical schematics.
• Understanding of pneumatic systems.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent reporting and synthesis skills,
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of industrial processes, able to provide guidance to clients effectively.
• Fluent in English and German for seamless communication with our clients.
