Join Our Mission:

 

As a Service Manager (North Europe), you will be responsible for supervising a team of more than 10 people, instilling the Pellenc ST safety culture throughout your team.

Reporting to the Global Service Manager, you will contribute to the circular economy by coordinating customer relationships in your territory (UK, Benelux, German-speaking countries, Scandinavia and Poland).

Additionally, you will manage the service product promotion strategy in your area, aiming to achieve the highest customer satisfaction rate.

This is a home-office-based position which reports directly to HQ (South of France) and involves significant travel (around 50% of the time).

The candidate may be located anywhere in the Northern Europe territory but should be close to an international airport.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Competencies:

  • Background in mechanical, electrotechnical, or industrial machinery, with ideally a minimum of 5 years of experience in commissioning and maintenance.
  • Computer literate.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent reporting and synthesis skills.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial processes, with the ability to effectively guide clients.
  • Fluent in English
  • A second or third language (French/German/Dutch) would be an asset.
