Join Our Mission:
As a Customer Service Engineer, you will be responsible for managing a team of 2 Field service Engineers.
Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you will contribute to the circular economy by coordinating customer relationships and supporting our clients based in West Japan.
With your team, you will play a key role in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of our machinery.

Technical competencies:
• Mechanical, electrotechnical, or industrial machinery background with a minimum of 5 years of experience in commissioning and maintenance.
• Ability to understand electrical schematics.
• Understanding of pneumatic systems.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent reporting and synthesis skills,
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of industrial processes, able to provide guidance to clients effectively.
• Fluent in English and Japanese for seamless communication with our clients.
