Join Our Mission:
As a Field service Engineer for Japan, you will contribute to the circular economy and support our International clients in adopting sustainable practices. Collaborating with a team, you will play a key role in installations, commissioning, and maintenance of our machinery. You will perform with intensive travel in Japan according to the company plan.

The main tasks of this role are:

• Conduct adjustments and tests to ensure optimal performance of industrial automation equipment according to specifications.
• Coordinate, organize and participate in the machine assembly on site
• Prepare detailed reports on installation solutions to facilitate ongoing works and after-sales services.
• Diagnose and repair equipment failures, efficiently order and replace parts when necessary.
• Test and verify equipment operation after installation to ensure proper configuration.
• Create comprehensive technical installation reports to document all completed work.
• Provide valuable records and support to the After-Sales Service team.

Technical competencies:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in commissioning, troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of industrial equipment
• Electromechanical or industrial machines background.
• You have a good knowledge of industrial process and can give guidance to our clients.
• You are used to do some reporting and synthesis.

Behavioral Competencies:

Education requirements:

• Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field (The required education may be substituted by extensive professional experience involving similar work responsibilities and/or additional training certificates in relevant domains.)
• Proficiency in Automation will be highly valued.
